The Woodlands is a master-planned community and census-designated place in the U.S. state of Texas in the Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar Land metropolitan statistical area. The Woodlands is primarily located in Montgomery County, with portions extending into Harris County.

The Woodlands offers a nice variety of home styles and price ranges.  Some villages are lakeside, some are gated.  There are some that feel more urban and there are some that include golf! Every village is like its own little community.  There are shopping centers, community organizations, schools, recreational facilities, healthcare, and places of worship.

There are single-family homes ranging from the $300’s to the $400’s.  There are also single-family homes in the $600’s.  Waterway Landing offers 59 exclusive townhomes priced in the 800’s while Legacy Ridge offers homes that range in square footage all the way up to 9000 square feet.  Those homes are priced from the mid $800’s and up.  There are patio homes in many different styles as well.  They range in price from the $300’s to the mid $500’s.  There are so many styles, layouts, and price ranges.  Spend a few hours and tour the homes.  You will not be disappointed!

Conroe Independent School District

Conroe ISD is a school district located in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. It includes The Woodlands, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, Conroe, and Caney Creek, as well as several other smaller towns, communities, and unincorporated areas.
